+Phet (Mos), a poor mechanic is hired to impersonate Theetat, a rich factory owner who looks exactly like him. Theetat has a brain disorder and requires immediate surgery but due to his distrust of his cheating wife, Dontaya and her lover, Anon, he cannot get the surgery until Phet agrees. So Theetat gets Somdet, his trusted assistant to injure Phet's grandma so Phet has no choice but to agree to work for Theetat so he can pay for her medical bills.

+Phet falls for Nattamon (Kat), a regular employee at the factory whose father got swindled by Theetat's father and committed suicide after losing everything.
