เพราะความจงรักภักดีต่อบริษัทที่ฝังอยู่ในสายเลือดและทุกอณูเซลล์ของมัศยา เธอเลยต้องยอมรับหน้าที่ผู้ช่วยของน่านฟ้า ประธานหนุ่มของบริษัทข้าวเกรียบมีโชคที่สุดแสนจะเหลวไหลและไม่เอาถ่าน เพื่อช่วยเขากอบกู้ยอดขายของบริษัทให้ได้ภายในสามเดือน ไม่เช่นนั้นตำแหน่งประธานของเขาอาจจะหลุดลอยไปตกอยู่ในมือของคนอื่น แค่ภารกิจทวงคืนตำแหน่งประธานกลับมาก็ยากเย็นแสนเข็ญเต็มทน แต่นี่เธอต้องคอยทำหน้าที่พี่เลี้ยงกึ่งแม่นมเพื่อควบคุมความประพฤติของเขาอีกด้วย เมื่อเขาพร้อมจะออกนอกลู่นอกทางจนเสียงานเสียการทุกที ถ้ามีสาวสวยหุ่นนางแบบมาเฉียดใกล้ เพราะเขาเป็นหนุ่มขี้เหงา ขาดกิ๊กเมื่อไรเป็นขาดใจ เอาละ งั้นเธอจะยอมลงทุนเป็นกิ๊กกำมะลอให้เขาเสียเลย เขาจะได้อยู่ในสายตาเธอตลอดเวลา แต่พ่อเจ้าประคุณก็ขยันหยอดมุกหวานและเล่นหมาหยอกไก่กันเสียจริง แม้รู้ทั้งรู้ว่าขืนไปหลงเสน่ห์หนุ่มรักสนุก สุขนิยม อย่างเขาที่ไม่น่าจะเข้าคู่กับเธอเลยสักนิดเดียว มีหวังได้น้ำตาเช็ดหัวเข่า แต่สุดท้ายหัวใจของเธอก็สั่นหวั่นไหวไม่เป็นท่า มาร่วมลุ้นกับอนาคตของบริษัทมีโชคและหัวใจของเธอที่ดูจะลุ่มๆ ดอนๆ ไม่แพ้กัน เพราะล้วนตกอยู่ในกำมือของประธานหนุ่มแสนขี้เล่นไปเสียทุกเรื่องคนนี้...
