In 2011, while studying in grade 5, Mild entered the Utip Freshy Beauty contest and became a winner in the eastern region. She began in the entertainment industry when she appeared in differents Music videos. Soon after, she starred in the series 'Nong Mai Rai Borisut' from 2013 to 2015.
Since then, Mild has been acting in a lot of series such as Ugly Duckling Series (2015), Kiss The Series (2016), U Prince Series (2017), 'Love Books Love Series: Secret & Summer' (2017), Happy Birthday Series (2018), 3 Will Be Free (2019) and Girl Next Room (2020).
Mild is a freelancer actress, she used to be under GMMTV.

Mild also plays guitar, she learned to play as a child. In elementary school days, she had her own band called 'Pla Mackerel'. Mild loves rock music very much since after being fooled by her male friend to go find and listen this kind of music.
In addition, it is known that she loves football. Mild said she started watching this sport since 2006 because it was influenced by those around me. Her favorite football team is Liverpool and her favorite soccer player Steven Gerrard.
