The Rising Sun Series (Storyline)

"Roy Rak Hak Liam Tawan" is the first story of The Rising Sun series is about a Thai lady name Praedow/Seiko (Taew) who just got a scholarship from Japan for her master. Praedow's beauty impressed Takeshi(Mario), the second son of a very powerful family, Onizuka. He kept follow her but never approached her. Finally, Ryu (Nadech), Takeshi cousin helped him to talk to her and their relationship started. As soon as Praedao found out that Takashi & Ryu were member of gokudō, she was scare and distances herself from them and told them to leave her alone. Takashi didn’t gave up, every day he’d go near Praedow’s class and watch her from distant. The problem is Takeshi already have fiancé, and complicated start when his dad and brother died from a car bomb, he had to become an Oyabun(Souryo) the head of Onizuka's gang, but he announced he will not marry his fiancé (Aiko) until he revenges his dad & brother’s death. However, Aiko (Pat), his fiancé found out that he was in love with Praedow so she order the gangster to kidnap her then Takeshi went to rescue her and problem's begun once he took her in and announced that she is his mistress...As he is becoming the head of the family, people are attacking his weakest point, his love one. She becomes a prey and a mark for all his enemies. What will Praedow do? Will she stay with him? What about Takeshi love for her?

Takeshi & Seiko
  • Takashi & Praedow met at the university. Takashi has a fiancé but he never love her and once he saw Praedow, he fell in love with her but was too shy to introduce himself and all he can do was admire her from afar.
  • Takashi & Ryu are cousin and they were about the same age and attend the same university.
  • Takashi character is discribed as "calm, handsome, smart and keep to himself "quiet" and a one woman man.
  • Praedow or "Seiko" " she is beautiful, shy and very soft spoken and does not like confrontation, in the other word, she's very ladylike (weak).
  • Praedow is 2 years older than Takeshi in the novel.
  • Takashi & Ryu family are member of "gokudō",or the other name that people call them is Yakuza in the novel.
  • Ryu ,is a playful, playboy, charming, talkative, smart, strong minded, very impatient and also a one woman man.(Ryu is P'ek in part 2: Roy Fun Tawan Duerd)
  • Mayumi is beautiful, smart, determind, strong minded, shy and she only love Ryu Onizuka.( Mayumi will not appear much on part 1, but part 2 she is the N'ek)

Trivia or Interesting Info about this Lakorn

  • There won't be "Yakuza", as in, the term "Yakuza" won't be used. *Some problem with the Japanese government (?) or something about using this term.
  • There won't be any tattoos, because tattoos are Yakuza symbols.
  • "Oyabun" is a word associated with the head of the Yakuza i.e. the leader, so they're using the word "Souryo" instead, which means "Respected Leader"
  • Filming some outdoor scene in Chiba,Japan
