Synopsis/Review
- May Contain Spoilers
The story seems fun. It reminds me a little of Tawee Pope. N'ek is Kaedsurang but she travels back in time and goes into Karaked's body. She has a fun mischievous personality like Manee Jun (Ann's version not the over the top idiotic Pancake version) but p'ek hates her. The real Karaked was bad and killed a servant of her rival's so p'ek and his dad did some sort of spell to punish her and that's what caused the real Karaked to die and n'ek to go into her body. She's engaged to p'ek. Kaedsurang in Karaked's body is trying to do good so that maybe she can go back to her own time and body. There's also some political-love your country stuff like all period lakorns have.

Trivia or Interesting Info about this Lakorn
- The role of Kadesurang and Karakade was actually given to Chompoo Araya A. Hargate, but she had to turn it down because she had many other projects to do and also it interfered with the filming of The Cupid Series.
- Chompoo stated that Bhuppae Sunniwa was a lakorn that she had regretted letting go. She had read the book and loved it.
- It took two years for Bhuppae Sunniwa to air. Shooting started January 2016 and aired February 2018.
- Due to the immense popularity, Bupphae Sunniwa got an extension of 3 episodes of deleted scenes, bloopers and behind the scenes.
- Phet Thakrit Hamannopjit was originally cast as Reung but then was denied (someone in the entertainment industry with a high position) of the role and Panjan Kawin was chosen play the role.
- In an interview with P'Mai, the director, and K'Nong, the producer, it took the script writer 2 years to adapt Bhupphae Sunniwa from the book. They added, the script writer completely took out Si Prat because she didn't want to deal with his story since there are too many conflicting reports in his history. He got added for a bit at the end because P'Mai really wanted that character and so he negotiated his addition.
- All those close-up face scenes with Kade/Date were added because P'Mai was inspired by Pope and Bella. He said they're both really good at showing emotions with just their eyes and he wanted to capture it.
